A shoutout to support crew

The seasons have definitely changed now with wind, rain and mud adding to my training runs, making them a bit harder both physically and mentally. That said, the sense of satisfaction afterwards increases, too.

One thing I do miss on long runs of over 20 miles is the support crews you get because now I have to carry all the water I need for seven hours on the hills. Again, great training, but it makes it harder to run as fast as I would like.
