Court declines Kejriwal's plea for early hearing

THANE The Delhi High Court on Friday declined former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's request for an early hearing of his plea challenging the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) chargesheet in the excise policy case.
Kejriwal had sought expedited proceedings, citing the ED's recent clarification and the absence of a sanction copy. However, the court directed that the case proceed on its originally scheduled date of December 20, 2024.
