MPA will work with operators to evaluate technologies used, gather feedback on trial
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has called for proposals to develop and operate electric harbour craft charging points at several locations under a pilot scheme set to start in 2024.
The initiative covers Jurong Port, Marina South Pier, Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal, PSA Marine West Coast Base, and Sebarok Terminal, MPA said on Tuesday, adding that interested parties will MPA will work with the operators to evaluate the charging technologies used, as well as gather information and feedback on the trial.
