Neuberg raises ₹940cr from Kotak Alt, sets eyes on personalised medicines, integrated diagnostics, M&A deals

Chennai-headquartered Neuberg Diagnostics, founded in 2017, has now secured Rs 940 crore from Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited (Kotak Alt), an arm of Kotak Mahindra Group (Kotak), which focuses on alternate asset management and investment advisory businesses.

This incidentally is the largest-ever primary fund-raise in the Indian diagnostics sector.

Neuberg, over the last eight years, has rapidly emerged as the fastest-growing, largest integrated diagnostics player in the country and one of the top 4 largest diagnostics providers of Indian origin.

Besides India, Neuberg has its presence UAE, South Africa and the US.
