Award boy of the Burdwan Medical College and Hospital was arrested by the police today on charges of molestation, assault and outraging the modesty of a patient's daughter in the ward last night.

The ward boy had allegedly switched off the lights of the ward, where the victim was alone with her mother, and tried to rape her, the complaint, lodged by the patient, stated.
