Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday shared an oped by Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, underscoring Tripura’s fast-paced development and its emerging role as India’s gateway to Southeast Asia, driven by major infrastructure expansion, digital connectivity and heritage-led growth.
Sharing the article published in a national daily, Modi, in a post on handle X, highlighted how Tripura has internalised themantra of Vikas bhi, Virasat bhi, balancing economic progress with cultural preservation. The oped was released on the day of Scindia’s recent visit to the northeastern state, during which he reviewed key infrastructure and development projects.
