At the Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas business session focusing on investment in Odisha, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar urged the Indian diaspora to explore Odisha's vast potential in 3Ts - Trade, Technology, and Tourism.

"No country has grown in isolation; every country's success is built on global partnerships," Dr. Jaishankar emphasized. "India's partnership with the diaspora is critical for channeling resources, technology, and best practices to realize our national potential. This is where NRIs and PIOs can make a significant impact."

Highlighting Odisha's abundant natural resources, he noted, "Resources alone don't translate into trade. They require investments, infrastructure, and connectivity to unlock their full value. The eastern seaboard, with Odisha at its heart, is set to become India's gateway to the world." He also referred to the state's rich maritime history, symbolized by the Bali Yatra, which celebrated Odisha's trade links with Southeast Asia.
