HRD Antwerp on expansion mode in India, to put up lab & centres across India

HRD Antwerp, the 55-year-old Europe's leading authority in diamond and jewellery grading, education and equipment, is on an expansion mode in India.
The leading global organisation, which, with the opening of its Kolkata centre on Friday, has five centres in India, has drawn up an ambitious plan of putting up its centres in all major Indian cities over the next three to five years. Subsequently, it will expand into tier-II, tier-III cities as well.
Tom Neys, Global Marketing, Sales & Education Director, HRD Antwerp, told The Statesman. Besides Kolkata, Antwerp has its centres in Mumbai, Surat, Delhi and Jaipur. The next two port of call will be Hyderabad and Bangalore.
"India is one of the most dynamic markets for diamonds and jewellery worldwide. Our expansion into Kolkata and in future into other cities is a testament to HRD Antwerp's commitment to supporting Indian manufacturers and retailers with the highest standards of grading precision and authenticity," said Neys.
