Club chair is keynote speaker for event focusing on women
PORT Vale co-owner and chair Carol Shanahan has been announced as a keynote speaker at the Newcastle-under-Lyme Business Festival.
Carol, pictured right, will open the Women in Business-themed event, discussing the opportunities and challenges associated with life as a football club owner. She will also focus on her community work through the club's charitable arm, the Port Vale Foundation.
Carol said she was delighted by the invitation to speak on the fourth day of the festival, March 19.
