Self-obsessed man jailed for two years

A SELF-obsessed stalker terrified a woman by turning up at her church and theatre shows.

Oliver Davies, who was made the subject of a 10 year Sexual Risk Order in 2017 which restricted his contact with children and his use of the internet, formed a friendship with the woman.

But she stopped the contact and blocked the 36-year-old on social media. However, he stalked his victim over a four-year period from the summer of 2021. He tried to contact her on social media, turned up at a production she was in, contacted her friends, went to the church she attended and befriended her grandmother.

Now Davies, below, has been jailed for two years at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court. And he has been made the subject of an indefinite restraining order which bans him contacting her.
