Mum 'fearful' of her ex after row turned violent

A DAD has avoided jail after a row with his ex-girlfriend turned violent.
Lee Moorhead left his former partner injured after pushing her in the neck during an argument.
North Staffordshire Justice Centre heard how the 35-year-old had gone to his ex’s home to arrange childcare. But following a verbal disagreement, punches were thrown but missed.
It was at this point that Moorhead ‘pushed’ the complainant around the neck.
