It's not about words, it's all about delivering, says boss

NEW manager Jon Brady has insisted Port Vale have to back up the belief that they can seal League One survival.
The 50-year-old, who was appointed earlier this week to replace Darren Moore, revealed he has already asked the players whether they believe they can start to climb the table and was given a resounding 'yes!
With just four league wins so far from 23 games, Vale will need to switch to a top-six form team rather than bottom of the table in the second half of the campaign.
Brady believes it can be done and in his pre-match press conference ahead of tonight's FA Cup third round clash at home to Fleetwood Town, he said: “It’s not about words, it's about delivering. It's about accountability and there’s a lot of work to do. High performance is about having a lot of bumps in the road.
“There's going to be turbulence in these next 20-plus games but I feel the group is in a really good mindset. I feel we've got some really good players. I feel we can do it. I asked them ‘can we do it?’ And they believe we can so if I can align everything, which I know I can, I totally believe we can.
