Court case had answered key questions
AN INQUEST into the death of a woman killed following a fatal high-speed crash has been discontinued.
Shejuti Pasha, below, lost her life following the smash in High Street, Knutton, on September 25, 2024.
Staffordshire Police said that Shejuti, who lived in Orme Road, Newcastle, suffered a 'totally avoidable' death at the hands of killer drink-driver Sharuyan Sasikumar. The 23-year-old was jailed for eight years and banned from driving for 11 years and four months last November.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard Sasikumar was trying to hit 90mph in his Toyota CH-R while travelling to a viewpoint with friends.
