Venue says it 'takes safety seriously' as police investigate
POLICE are investigating after another woman was reportedly 'spiked' inside a nightclub.
The clubber had been enjoying a night out at Yates in Newcastle, right, when she believes her drink was tampered with.
Her family say she took 'one sip' and started to feel unwell before vomiting.
It was at this point she reportedly fell to the floor in the Ironmarket bar at around midnight on Saturday going into Sunday.
The incident was then reported at 1.30pm on Sunday.
