Victim taken to Royal Stoke as public raised the alarm
POLICE have made four arrests after a man was left covered in blood after being 'seriously assaulted' in an attack.
They were sent to Sneyd Green's Hanley Road and Town Road in Hanley yesterday morning after members of the public raised the alarm.
Paramedics treated one man at the scene before taking him to the Royal Stoke.
