Cocaine addict set up drug-dealing business after release from prison

Phone messages showed he owed £2k to dealer higher up chain
DEALER Nicki Pollett has been jailed for dealing class A drugs - shortly after being released from prison.
The 31-year-old was jailed for 44 months in 2023 for being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.
But the cocaine addict had accrued a £2,000 debt to his dealer and when he was freed from jail he became involved in selling crack cocaine. Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard his phone was seized and an analysis showed he had sent messages to about 100 potential customers and he was directing others to deliver drugs. Now Pollett has been jailed for four-and-a-half years.
