A video showing police personnel assaulting a man at SCB Medical College and Hospital (SCB MCH) has gone viral on social media, drawing public outrage and calls for a fair probe.
The incident occurred near the ENT OPD ticket counter, where the man, identified as Ashutosh Swain of Sankarpur, was allegedly dragged and assaulted by police in full public view. His shirt was reportedly torn during the scuffle.
