Suspend license of counterflowing motorist on EDSA busway - Tulfo

Sen. Raffy Tulfo yesterday called for the suspension of the driver's license of a motorist who drove against the flow of traffic along the EDSA bus lane in Makati.

Tulfo said the motorist received "special treatment" from officials of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).
