Raceborn: Porsche 911 GTS, GT3 and GT3 RS — Next-level performance
The Philippine Star
|December 03, 2025
Having earned the title as “2025 World Performance Car,” the new Porsche 911 GTS demonstrates just how far everyday performance can be pushed without compromising sporting ability.
-
The model showcases its next-level capabilities, as well as those of the 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 RS.
The 911 GTS is powered by a newly developed 3.6-liter flat-six engine fitted with an electric turbocharger, which is complemented by an electric motor integrated into its eight-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission.
Called T-Hybrid, the system delivers a combined 541 hp and 610 Nm of torque. Its electric turbo eliminates lag by instantly spinning the turbine shaft to deliver boost pressure regardless of engine speed. It also recovers energy to charge a lightweight lithium-ion battery, with the motor inside the PDK transmission adding torque and harvesting additional energy during braking and coasting.
Matched with a revised PASM sport suspension, GTS-specific tuning, and a lower, firmer chassis setup, the 911 GTS delivers heightened responsiveness and control.
