NBI Ready to Secure Teves' Arraignment

Expelled Negros Oriental representative Arnolfo Teves Jr. will be arraigned today for one of the criminal cases he is facing before a Manila court, according to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Judge Renato Enciso of the Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 12 set the arraignment and pre-trial conference at 8:30 a.m. for charges of illegal possession of firearms and explosives.
NBI Director Jaime Santiago said the bureau is waiting for the court's instruction after Teves' lawyer, Ferdinand Topacio, filed a motion for his client to attend the proceedings online.
