HYUNDAI UNVEILS NEW IONIQ 6 AND IONIQ 6 N LINE AT SEOUL MOBILITY SHOW

The recently concluded Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) might still seem fresh to both the public and industry personnel, but as the MIAS organizers were closing the convention doors last April 13, the people behind the Seoul Mobility Show were doing exactly the same.

I was fortunate to have been there for the opening of South Korea's annual car industry show, which happened a week before MIAS (the Seoul show ran for 11 days). Needless to say, Korea's automotive bigwig, Hyundai, stole the show with a brace of new models, including a gaming-inspired concept car and a second-gen hydrogen-fueled fuel cell production EV.

And while Hyundai Motor Philippines was wowing the MIAS crowd with the new Elantra ICE and hybrid sedan, the Korean giant was making waves in Seoul with a refreshed version of its IONIQ 6 fully electric sedan.

Building on the design spirit of the original, multi-award-winning IONIQ 6 launched in 2022, the facelifted model features more refined curves and enhanced proportions for a sleek and beautifully balanced silhouette.
