Hann Holdings' Decision to Defer IPO: A Matter of Timing, Not Fundamentals

The decision to postpone the initial public offering (IPO) of the operator of Hann Casino Resort in Pampanga next month is a matter of timing, not fundamentals, according to Hann Holdings Inc.
In a statement, Hann Holdings said the move to defer the company's public offering and listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) came following consultation with its advisers and stakeholders.
The company believes that current market conditions do not allow for an offering outcome that would accurately reflect its intrinsic value and long-term prospects.
Against this backdrop, the company said it has acted decisively to protect investor value by deferring its listing until conditions are more conducive.
