Sen. Bong Go will continue serving as chairman of the committee on youth in the 20th Congress, affirming his long-standing commitment to advancing policies that safeguard the welfare, education and holistic development of young Filipinos.

As chair of the committees on health, on sports and on youth, Go underscored the role of legislation, programs and sustained public service in ensuring that the country's future leaders are provided with the tools they need to succeed.

He expressed his belief that the youth deserve every opportunity to thrive academically, emotionally and physically, stressing that the government must build a supportive environment that nurtures their full potential.

"The youth are the hope of the country. They should be guided, supported and given the opportunity to reach their dreams. If they don't have enough support, we will have difficulty achieving a better future for our country," Go declared in Filipino.
