Former Commission on Elections spokesman James Jimenez has died, the Comelec announced yesterday.
The poll body hailed Jimenez, “who served the institution and the Filipino people with integrity, clarity and utmost dedication.”
He was described as the “longest-serving and youngest spokesperson in government at the time of his appointment.”
