The passage of a measure seeking to regulate motorcycle taxis in the country will help enhance passenger safety and pave the way for the employment of more Filipinos, according to Angkas CEO George Royeca.

"The passage of this measure will ensure the safety of the riding public and enhance overall service quality, fostering a more reliable and secure mode of transportation for our commuters," Royeca said.

Sen. Grace Poe and Sen. Raffy Tulfo are pushing for the measure's enactment into law.
