Dashboard cameras should be installed in police vehicles to aid in deterring crime, according to Quezon City 6th District Rep. Victoria Co-Pilar.
Aggressive, abusive or antisocial people tend to change their behavior when they know they are being filmed or recorded, Co-Pilar said in House Bill 10684 or the proposed Dashcam Act of the Philippines.
