Ayala unit expands cold storage network

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) is bolstering its cold storage network with the addition of new facility in Cebu.

The industrial parks and real estate logistics arm of real estate giant Ayala Land Inc. recently broke ground for the construction of ALogis Artico Consolacion in Cebu.

ALogis Artico Consolacion will be ALLHC’s second facility in the province of Cebu following the addition of ALogis Artico Mandaue in late 2022.

The new facility, which is slated for completion by the third quarter of 2025, will add 6,000 pallet positions to ALLHC’s cold storage portfolio, allowing the company to meet the increasing demand for temperature-controlled facilities in the Central Visayas region.

ALLHC is expanding its cold storage footprint with the goal of providing solutions for storing perishable goods around the country.
