Two alert list orders have been issued by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) against expelled Negros Oriental Rep.
Arnolfo Teves Jr., who has been tagged as the brains in the assassination of former governor Roel Degamo.
At a press briefing yesterday, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla Jr. said the alert list orders are meant to restrict Teves' movement and to facilitate his arrest through international cooperation.
