There isn’t any reliable evidence on whether former non-doms are leaving. Non-dom status is reported on tax forms, which have been the basis for quantitative estimates of departures, but not on LinkedIn, nor even on Companies House. The only way to know what is happening is to use tax data, which won't have been submitted yet.
