NC discusses current situation following cross border firing

The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) convened a key meeting at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan today to assess the tense situation along the border regions in the aftermath of Operation Sindoor, launched in retaliation to the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 civilians.

Rattan Lal Gupta, NC Provincial President, chaired the meeting and expressed grave concern over the safety of border residents amid ongoing cross-border shelling. He emphasized the need for immediate relief measures, urging party workers to remain in close contact with the affected people and to coordinate with local administrations.
