MA Road to remain closed tomorrow for Muharram procession in Sgr

In anticipation of the 8th Muharram procession scheduled for tomorrow (July 4), Srinagar Traffic Police has announced a comprehensive traffic diversion plan to facilitate smooth movement and ensure public safety.
The religious procession, which will originate from Guru Bazar and proceed to Dalgate, is expected to impact traffic along MA Road and nearby routes from 5:00 AM until the procession concludes.
According to the advisory issued by the Srinagar Traffic Department, a copy of which is available with the news agency, vehicular movement will be restricted from Karan Nagar to Jehangir Chowk via Shaheed Gunj, and from Jehangir Chowk to Dalgate-Badyari stretch throughout the day.
