Kotwal chairs review meeting on Hanle Dark Sky Reserve

The Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, chaired a key meeting at the Civil Secretariat in Leh to review the progress and strategic direction of the Hanle Dark Sky Reserve, India’s first dedicated site for astro-tourism and night sky conservation.
