Faculty Induction Prog inaugurated at MMTTC-SMVDU

The UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC) at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) inaugurated the Third Guru Dakshta Faculty Induction Program, aimed at empowering newly appointed faculty in higher education with essential pedagogical skills, academic values, and leadership training.
Out of 308 applicants, 284 participants from across India have been selected, giving the program a diverse, pan-India representation. The event was formally inaugurated by Prof. Pragati Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of SMVDU, who delivered an insightful keynote address.
