Exercises conducted to test preparedness for modern warfare
THE Indian Army's Northern Command carried out a simulation of multi-domain, multiagency exercises to test preparedness for next-gen conflicts.
"The exercise challenged commanders, troops and staff with futuristic threats in cyber, space, electromagnetic and cognitive domains," the Army said in a statement.
The four-day exercise from October 13 to 16, named Vidyut Vidhhwans, improved reflexes and set new benchmarks in preparedness for futuristic threats.
With a substantial deployment of the Army and Air Force, the Navy also chipped in at select locations during the exercise.
