VISAKHAPATNAM District Collector MN Harendhira Prasad directed officials to open and act on applications received through the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) within 24 hours.
He instructed them to conduct thorough enquiries and provide permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues. He chaired the PGRS meeting at the Collector's office on Monday, where he, District Revenue Officer Bhavani Shankar, and GVMC City Planner Dhanunjaya Red
