US Issues Fresh Warning, Says Visa Holders May Be Deported if Violate Laws

The US Embassy in India issued a fresh advisory on Saturday, warning that visa screening is an ongoing process and does not end once a visa is granted.
The embassy made it clear that any violation of US laws or immigration rules could result in revocation of visa and deportation.
"US visa screening does not stop after a visa is issued. We continuously check visa holders to ensure they follow all US laws and immigration rules and we will revoke their visas and deport them if they don't," the US embassy said in a post on X.
