J&K Helpline to Assist Families Hit by Terrorism

J&K Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday announced that the government will set up a toll-free number to assist families affected by terrorism.
He also directed the Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) to reopen terrorism cases that had been "deliberately" shelved, and to file FIRs.
