THE foundation stone for the construction of a compound wall at the historic BR Stadium in Guntur was laid on Friday by District Collector S Nagalakshmi, Guntur East MLA Mohammad Naseer Ahmad, and Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) Deputy Mayor Sajila.
