THE Principal Sessions Court in Chennai on Monday directed the police to file a counter to the bail plea filed by political commentator Tiruchi Suriyaa, son of DMK Rajya Sabha member Tiruchy Siva, who was arrested for alleged defamatory remarks against BJP functionary and national motorcycle racer Alisha Abdullah.
