WEST Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday transferred a 27 km-long stretch of land to the BSF for long-pending fencing projects along the India-Bangladesh border in the state.
The CM also announced that infiltrators would be arrested and handed over to the border security authorities.
A decision to this effect was taken on May 11, when Adhikari chaired his first cabinet meeting at the state secretariat, Nabanna.
