India flags PoK rights violation amid unrest

REACTING strongly to the ongoing unrest in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), India on Thursday called on the international community to hold Pakistan accountable for its "horrific human rights violations" and systemic exploitation of the region under its illegal occupation.
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal condemned the Pakistani military's brutal crackdown on protesters across multiple areas of PoK. "We have seen reports on protests in several areas of Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir, including brutalities by Pakistani forces on innocent civilians.
