Sets record for securing such a huge investment in a single day at World Economic Forum
The Maharashtra government has signed 32 memoranda of understanding (MoU) of ₹9.30 lakh crore with various investment and job-generating diverse firms at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.
According to the Maharashtra CM's Office, on the first day of the World Economic Forum in Davos, CM Devendra Fadnavis signed investment agreements worth ₹6,25,457 crore. So far, total investment commitments have gone up to ₹9.30 lakh crore in diverse fields. "This is a new record for securing such a significant investment amount in a single day, and several investment agreements are expected on the second day as well," Fadnavis said.
