HINDU Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti members staged a protest in front of DC's Office here on Thursday and submitted a memorandum addressed to the state government through the DC's Office condemning the act of 'threatening and harassing' Hindu activists by police in Dakshina Kannada.
The human rights of these activists have been violated and police are treating the Hindu activists in a bad manner. There is a need to provide suitable security to Hindu activists and leaders, they urged.
They said that there is a situation in Dakshina Kannada where people are living in fear. This is a threat to the peace and freedom of the society.
