Established in 1994, Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited has revolutionised the supply chain system in the state, streamlining the process through a centralised mechanism to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality medicines in govt hospitals

Additionally, logistical support is provided for the maintenance and operation of pay wards in government hospitals.
This also involves the finalisation of rate contracts for various services, including housekeeping, security, diet supply, biomedical waste disposal, oxygen supply, and laboratory services for government hospitals.
It also includes the operation and maintenance of advanced diagnostic equipment like CT, MRI and lithotripsy, with the collection of user charges.
