4 Dead, 16 Missing After Flash Floods in Himachal...

FOUR people were killed while sixteen others are reportedly missing following flash floods triggered by 16 cloudbursts in Karsog subdivision of Himachal Pradesh's Mandi district early on Tuesday.
At least 332 people have been evacuated from the affected areas in Mandi, Chamba and Hamirpur districts while efforts are ongoing to trace the missing persons and restore blocked routes.
The Kiratpur-Manali highway has been blocked at multiple points between Mandi and Kullu, leaving motorists stranded inside road tunnels for the entire night. Besides, five hydroelectricity projects have been shut due to high river inflow and silt content.
