WITH Delhi assembly election campaigns entering the final phase, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the AAP government for "failing to govern the national capital", during a rally in the Dwarka area on Friday.
Maintaining that Delhi needs a government capable of maintaining a balance, he said the "AAP-da" only engage in fights and arguments, and that the BJP would leave no stone unturned to ensure all-round development in the capital.
