HECTIC preparations are underway at the sugar bowl Karnataka -- Mandya -- which is all set to host the 87th Akhila Bharata Kannada Sahitya Sammelan from Friday.
The stage, three venues along with book stalls, and food counters have been put up on an 80-acre land besides arrangements for parking on another 60 acres.
