State minorities panel chief directs officials to conduct survey of dropout rates of minority kids
CHAIRMAN of the Karnataka State Minorities Commission Nisar Ahmad emphasised the need to ensure that the benefits of government schemes aimed at the welfare of minorities reach eligible beneficiaries.
Addressing a district-level tri-monthly meeting of the Prime Minister's 15-point programme for the welfare of minorities for 2024-25 fiscal year held here on Tuesday, Ahmad urged authorities to fill up vacant posts of Anganwadi workers and assistants in minority-dominated Anganwadi centres.
