KARNATAKA Rajya Raitha Sangha - Raitha Bana president E S Krishnegowda said the state government had not held discussions with farmers during pre-budget meetings.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, Gowda said Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had invited real estate mafias who claim themselves as farmer leaders for the pre-budget meeting and not the real farmers.
