PROTESTS intensified in Bihar's capital, Patna, on Friday, a day ahead of the Bihar Public Service Commission holding a re-test of the 70th Integrated Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination (CCE), 2024, for select candidates.
Rail and road movement was disrupted as protesters picketed on tracks and roads. They demanded the cancellation of the re-test and for BPSC to hold a fresh exam for all examinees. Selective testing would not provide a level playing field for all aspirants, they argued.
